This coin actually is Prooflike and NOT Cleaned but of course does have a questionable surface spot near the stars on obverse. Beautiful Coin, if your a reflective Morgan Collector! Discounted Appropriately as with NGC or PCGS a PL designation would value this at a $275-$325++ value easily!
