Unique ring made from 18KP (plumb) yellow gold with deep carved spirals in the band and four cluster set round cut diamonds in a raised diamond shape. The prongs holding the diamonds are free-form in shape, and beneath is a layer of white gold to make the diamonds pop. In excellent vintage condition with very little wear to the gold consistent with gentle use. Band is in the round and does not show excessive wear. Diamonds are secure in the setting. They do have some inclusions under magnification. Wonderful wedding band, or a great pinky ring.
♦ Dimensions: Size 4.75 (15.4 mm inner diameter). Front center of the band is 4 mm and tapers to 1.5 mm in back. Diamonds are 1.5 mm for 0.06 carat total. Weight is 2.3 grams.
♦ Markings: 18KP and maker's mark G. Karat plumb was a standard used in the 1970s and very early 80s. It means the gold is exactly 18k or 750 (75%) pure gold. Precious metal analyzer confirmed.
