This set is 100% complete and just pulled from the car. You

- Set of FOUR OEM Brougham Hub Caps
- One hubcap lock key and all FOUR bolts
The only downfall to this set is that the center caps on 2 of the wheels will
need to be glued back on to the retaining clips as shown in the photos.
