My understanding is this Britannia The Bear could have errors that makes it worth more and extremely rare. Please do your own research as a buyer.

"Britannia The Bear (rare) retired Teenie Beanie Baby with TAG ERRORS and date errors: *Tush tag errors - the box states that her birthday is December 15, 1997 but her tag says “1993” and she was made in Oak Brook, Illinois, but her tag reads “OakBrook” (without the space). Britannia was introduced January 31, 1997."
